Shipping Policy
We currently offer FREE Standard USPS shipping on all orders over $99 to the continental United States. Shoes are a flat rate of $6.95. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes between 3-7 business days via USPS after being processed. We ship from Alabama, your proximity from us will determine the length of time it will take for you to receive your order. If you would like your package expedited, you will be charged extra for the appropriate shipping option calculated at checkout. Expedite orders placed before 2:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and therefore, they are excluded from processing and shipping times; so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.
Please make sure you check your shipping address before you submit your order. Once we ship your order, your will be charged for us to reship if you have entered your address incorrectly, refused package, or if your package is undeliverable. If you choose not to have your order redelivered we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee. *We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
