Return Policy

Any damages must be reported within two days of receiving merchandise or item/s cannot be returned. Please send a picture of the damages to: orders@freckledfrogboutique.com

Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. After this timeframe, your item/s will not be eligible for return. 

Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 

Items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Items purchased with a coupon code, that is less than 30%, will be returnable for online credit only. 

Returns must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible returns will be issued in the form of a store credit. 

If any returns do not meet the requirements listed above. Your items will be returned to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item/s have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damages. Any item/s returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or product stains of any kind will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 

All Gift Cards and Jewelry are Final Sale and will not be accepted for return. 

Please make sure your items meet the criteria stated above before returning your items. Please complete the return form (click here) and make sure all items are securely repackaged and staple free so items are not damaged in return shipping process. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by The Freckled Frog boutique. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and may use USPS, UPS, or Fedex.

It can take up to 2-3 weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. 

Any changes in prices, items going to sale, or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes.
